Cardinal Strategy Group invests in distressed, underperforming and operationally challenged companies, where value can be increased through hands-on turnaround management and effective long-term business planning.

 

 

Target Investment Criteria:

  • Manufacturing or wholesale, some retail and fashion
  • Industry generalist, including: consumer, apparel, chemicals, telecom, energy, real estate and hospitality
  • Revenues of $50 Million to $500 Million
  • No minimum  EBITDA
  • Capital Investment of $5 Million to $40 Million
  • United States and Canada
  • Transactions:
    • Under-performing companies
    • Out-of-court restructuring and work outs
    • Product lines
    • Carve-outs
    • Asset sales
    • Pre-arranged Chapter 11
    • Article 9 foreclosures
    • Section 363 asset sales
